In order to meet the needs of our clients, we must first get together in person and discuss what they need in order to continue living happily at home. A meeting is essential for us to ensure that we do meet our client’s needs, wants and those of their family.

To plan the service that our clients require and to provide the very best in care, we need to assess their individual needs. Through this process, we can then provide them with an indication of the costs associated with our service.

To assist them with this, we offer a free assessment with no obligation by one of our Registered Nurses at a location that suits them-this can be either at their home, at the hospital or wherever is most suitable to the client.

At the assessment, we will further explain our full range of services and options that are available to ensure that we create a Care Plan that matches our client’s individual needs and assists them to remain living happily at home.
